Preferred File Types
To be able to effectively cut and etch your designs for you, we need Vector based artwork such as .ai .eps .svg .pdf.
If you are unsure if your files are ok send us a message and we will be able to let you know if it can be used.
Care instructions
Wooden tag orders will arrive with a protective masking paper layer over the surface of the wood. This helps any staining that may occur whilst being etched. Please peel this layer off to reveal your final product
Materials
As we use wooden materials, there can be variation from piece to piece. This is especially noticeable on the bamboo as the nature of the wood grain changes from light to dark. Bold thick text is advised to work with on bamboo.
